The Lake - Sunny and Bright.

Matt strolled up to the lake, and sat down on the lush green grass, that lay beside the Lake.

Gideon walked over to Matt and said, "Anything new yet?" Gideon picked up a stone and threw it into the water.

"Oi, quit messin' with the lake..." Matt replied, glaring at the new comer.

Gideon raised an eyebrow in surprise. "And why is that, sir?" he said, impatiently.

"Because it has enough rocks in it already..." Matt replied, turning his head around, and facing the now still lake.

"Oh ok, fine," said Gideon. "Accio Rock." The rock flew back to him and he neatly put it into the pile of rocks. "What do you wanna do?" he asked, twirling his wand, making tiny stars fly from his wand.

"I don't want to do anything..." Matt said, not even turning to look at him.

Hai walked down to the lake wearing a towel.
She thought no one was there so she slipped off the towel to reveal a black and yellow Hufflepuff bikini.

"Oh, hello Hai..." Matt seeing Hai from behind the tree he was next to.

Aurora followed timidly behind. She was also carrying a towel, but with a long bronze sarong and a blue Ravenclaw swimming costume. Aurora blushed furiously at the sight of Matt and Gideon.
"Oh... oh..." she stammered.

"Oh, hello Aurora" he said, smiling.

Hai jumped which was not a good thing. She covered her chest.

"Hey." She said to Matt.

Aurora was nowhere near as confident. She muttered a quiet "Hello," back, cheeks burning and quickly jumped into the freezing cold lake, leaving her broze sarong and blue and bronze striped towel in a heap on the side of the lake.

Hai jumped in after her and shivered but then relaxed.

"How are you so confident?" asked Aurora, stressing a couple of words. "I'm dead embarrased!" she shuddered, fiddling with her ponytail.

"Meh,"Hai said grinning. "Life's too short to stress."

"Is it ok if I join you?" he called out to them.

"Wise words there, Hai!" smiled Aurora.
In response, she pulled the bobble out of her, showing her shoulder-length, wavy brown hair, with a few mismatched pink streaks. "Eugh, my hair!" groaned Aurora, but remembered Hai's advice.
"Oh, uh, hi Matt, of course!" she replied, remembering that she had in fact, swam with him in the deep stream.

Matt pulled off his jacket and plunged in.

He swam over to Aurora.

Aurora ducked under as soon as she saw Matt coming and swam underwater to where he was hovering. As a joke, she grabbed his legs and pulled him under for a fraction of a second - a joke that Hai always played on her when they went swimming.

Hai mimed sadness.

"But....that's my party trick..."She said putting on a puppy-dog face.

She then grinned.

Matt shot up to the surface.

"Thats not fair" he said, smiling.

"All's fair in love and war!" Aurora quoted. "Well, in our case, maybe just war!" she grinned before perfoming a backward flip in the dark water.

"Yeah, whateva" Matt said, making a 'W' sign with his hands.

"Wow, how muggle!" Aurora laughed. She swam off in the opposite direction. "Catch me if you can!"
